Marketing & Design Internship I interned with a fine dining family restaurant group based in the French Quarter in New Orleans during the summers of 2016 and 2017, and over Christmas break 2018-19. In preparation for DBC's pop-up restaurant for the London Saints game in October 2017, I created a mini newspaper featuring snippets of the company's history as well as relevant stories about New Orleans. The booklet was distributed to restaurant (Boisdale of Canary Wharf) patrons in London and is available at all four DBC restaurants in the French Quarter in New Orleans. I wrote about the Ramos Gin Fizz, the Werlein music building and Cajun and Creole food, and designed the entire booklet.
